Peptides are short chains of amino acids that can be studied in controlled laboratory settings. Products sold here are laboratory research materials, not medicines or products for personal use.
Where can I find product purity or testing information?
Review the information published on the individual product listing and any available documentation. Purity or testing information is product-specific and is not represented as a blanket claim for every item.
How should research products be stored?
Follow the storage information provided with the specific product or its published documentation. Storage requirements can vary by compound, so do not assume one condition applies to the entire catalog.
How does shipping work?
Orders include tracking information, which is emailed after shipment. Estimated transit is 3–7 business days for domestic U.S. orders and, where applicable, 7–14 business days for international orders. See Shipping & Returns for details.
How long does order processing usually take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods.
What is the return or refund policy?
All sales are generally final. Stated exceptions include damaged or defective items, an incorrect item, or an order not delivered because of carrier error. Eligible requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with the order number and supporting evidence. Review Shipping & Returns for the complete policy.
